Free tools for building with AI agents

Five tools for the jobs that come up when you build with models and agents: counting tokens, wiring an MCP server into your editor, telling AI crawlers what they may read, and checking whether your organisation is ready. Each one runs in your browser with no sign-up, and nothing you type is sent to Olano.

The tools

Free to use, no account, and each with a guide underneath that explains the rules it applies.

How we build them

We use these tools ourselves while building and running Olano, the platform for persistent AI agents. Every fact a tool relies on, from a tokenizer's encoding to an MCP client's config format to a crawler's user-agent token, is checked against the publisher's own documentation, linked from the tool's page and dated, so you can see how current it is. The logic behind each tool has its own unit tests, and the counts, checks and generated files are worked out in your browser rather than on a server.

None of them collects what you type. The site counts that a tool was used, never the text you put into it, and nothing is stored after you close the page. When a vendor changes a format or a price, we update the tool and the date on its page.

Building for a Singapore business?

Olano Studio's site has free tools for Singapore businesses: a UEN and company search over ACRA's open data, a GST calculator, a GST tax invoice generator, a WhatsApp link and QR code generator, and a working days calculator with the 2026 and 2027 public holidays.

To go further than a tool, see how the Olano platform works, the plans, or the resources library for the guides behind the topics these tools touch.

Need more than a tool?

Tell us about the work you want an agent to take on, and we will show you how it would run on Olano, approvals included.
